More on Braces

Hey girlies! Everyone knows this concept--braces. They can be whatever you want! Unfortunately, for some, they're railroads, metal cages, etc. But for me, they are HAWT! Ya gotta flaunt 'em girl! Not everyone is as lucky as you! Y'know, the average parent pays about $5,000+, including fees for "emergency visits", and if you aren't following their instructions! Which is why, ya gotta wear what the orthodontists tell you, whether that's before, during (elastics), or after (retainer). Especially after! You wouldn't have wanted to go through all that effort for nothing! And, if you don't do what they tell you, I promise you'll regret it. I got mine on Tuesday, April 19th, 2010 at about 11am. They truly don't hurt to get on, but ask your parents for painkillers for the first few days, they will be sore! The sorer they are, the more effectively they are working, because your teeth are shifting! So, grit your teeth, clench your fists, whatever it takes! Personally, I draw. On notebooks, scrap paper, binders, jeans, scissors, anything I can, with whatever I have!

Remember, we're goin through this together!
And follow those rules!
1) Listen to your orthodontist, do what they say to
2) Brush AND floss your teeth. It will take a while, but it will be worth it. (ever seen those white spots on teeth? Guess who didn't brush when they had braces...)
3) And show off your braces! I recommend going to Dr. Lala and Metcalf's! Click here for their website!
